Makes Remote Management much easier

What do you like best? The fact that you can file share, use reboot options, use the command line, and just about every other BASIC remote management necessity is fantastic. The "Share my desktop..." option is great for when we are either training new employees, training existing employees, or having a meeting with a vendor. What do you dislike? I can see you from miles away

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to access our restaurant's machines, coworkers machines, etc. by logging in to Logmein to be able to assist in a matter of minutes vs. having to walk anyone through their issues without actually being able to see the problem they may be experiencing. What do you like best? Log Me In is so helpful to our staff and outside vendors. What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike, our office runs more smooth thanks to Log Me In. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it, you will not regret it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of sharing data with less phone tag and failure to communicate.

Log Me In Pro allows for easy multi-location work

What do you like best? The speed of loading, password saving, and minimal data usage. What do you dislike? Cost per year can jump by 40%+ on any given year. And the benefits/changes in the midst are negligible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We serve two locations from one place and that is often off site from both locations. Without having an office myself, this lets me be on the job wherever is most convenient for me.
