The support I received from Lodgify during the onboarding process was far above my expectations! I appreciate that I was given numerous training sessions and that they were with the same trainer. Brian was very knowledgeable about the platform and incredibly patient. I struggled with the integrations with the different platforms which he was helpful with pointing me in the right direction.

My First Experience With Lodgify

Firstly, the person I dealt with, Justine Betemps. She was patient and understanding and answered many questions in way that I could understand. Secondly, there are still many things to learn in being exposed to Lodgify. Her responses were prompt, considering that I am not the only one Justine has to deal with and the occasions, during our interaction, time had usually run out.

Janet was very well informed about the platform and walked us through the important parts quickly but thoroughly, making sure we understood each module before moving on to the next. She has been extremely helpful in our understanding of how to make the platform work for our needs.
