Andrew was very thoughtful to check settings that I would not have known how to address myself. He was thoughtful and thorough, breaking our onboarding into a few different sessions with a timeline for project completion.

Great but room formore improvements

Please can you improve the messaging capability to show us when the message in Read, as still need to use AirBnB for that.

What was potentially a very daunting and complicated task was made smooth and easy by Andreea my onboarding rep at Lodgify. The software and the support have been fantastic , feature rich and simple to use , I would highly recommend it.

It's a great, easy to use app. And when you get stuck, the customer support is really engaged to help you out.

Brian was excellent

Brian was excellent. He really knew every aspect of the product and was very clear in his explaination of how to use each area. It made onboarding an enjoyable experience and very straight forward.

Excellent Training and Support from Catalina

Catalina was incredibly patient in teaching me and my team how to use Lodgify. Her guidance helped us get the most out of the software, and everything was explained clearly and effectively. We're very pleased with the service.

Set up wall and walkthrough was great! Dagrieli was able to answer all my questions and provided the all the necessary integrations.
