Lodgify is super easy to use

Lodgify is super easy to use. I built a whole website with no prior experience. Just used a template and went from there. Their system is also fantastic and super quick to go live. Big thank you to both Jennifer Macdonald and Andrew Figari for helping me. Andrew was very helpful and clear when talking me through managing the account and made sure I understood before going to the next point. I wouldn't hesitate to sign up.

Very good onboarding experience

Brian is a knowledgeable person who can answer most questions immediately and explains very clear. The training was very good and made me understand the system in a very short period. The support team also reacted very fast to any issue that arose during the set up period with clear and correct answers and guidance.

Excellent onboarding experience

Lodgify, because of how expansive its features are, can at first be a little confusing and difficult to wrap one's head around. But, thankfully, they have an excellent onboarding service. I met twice online with an onboarding specialist (Sara Mancuso), who walked me through Lodgify's features and offerings patiently and expertly. Thank you, Sara, and thank you, Lodgify!
