Excellent Guest Management System
Our organization has been very pleased with the Lobbytrack. Their software is extremely simple and adaptable to use, while displaying a very sleek design. It has helped with our guest management by creating a system that's enjoyable to use for both the employee and guest experience. "LobbyTrack Review from a beginner perspective"
What do you like best about Lobbytrack? Very intuitive interface, user friendly and has the features that I needed for our needs. What do you dislike about Lobbytrack? Based on my limited experince I have yet to find anything that I disliked. What problems is Lobbytrack solving and how is that benefiting you? As a school during sensitive times, LobbyTrack is giving us the added protection of knowing who is coming in/out of the school. This adds a level of comfort to all stakeholders

Easy to Simplify for Basic Needs
Lobbytrack includes a plethora of features and functions which are easily enabled/disabled according to whatever your needs may be. The software can be streamlined to create the most basic sign-in process or beefed up for extra security.

"Initial Lobbytrack Review"
What do you like best about Lobbytrack? The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information. What do you dislike about Lobbytrack? "Lobbytrack for Education"
What do you like best about Lobbytrack? We loved that all we needed was an iPad or tablet in order to utilize the sftware. It was super easy to set up and we could have everyone loaded and ready to go in under an hour! What do you dislike about Lobbytrack? "High School visitors finally managed thanks to LobbyTrack"
What do you like best about Lobbytrack? It checked "all the boxes" that our school security needed: knowing who is visiting whom, get a report of all visitors on site for the day, easy for guards to use, able to send out emergency alerts to all visitors, will get notified when the Host checks out the visitor to escort them out. What do you like best about Lobbytrack? I love that Lobbytrack integrates with our access control system for real time provisioning and deprovisioning of access cards. You can literally activate access cards for guests on arrival within seconds. Then, upon sign-out and/or after a designated period of time elapses, the access card can be shut off automatically. What do you like best about Lobbytrack? The visitor tracking works well, as does the preregistration process for scheduling upcoming visits.
