What do you like best? LiveSession is a cost-effective and extensive tool to analyse your customers. Additionally, you can easily build funnels using advanced filtering options. On top of that, the integration of the tracking module with our website was effortless and quick. What do you dislike? It's better than Hotjar!

What do you like best? It's simple, UX is great, setup is fast & it's just a more complete solution than Hotjar (which is usually what people go for!. What do you dislike? it can be a bit laggy sometimes, but it's nothing too annoying. Rage clicks, etc. - not sure how precise they are with this. Good tool!

What do you like best? The ux is really good. It is easy to create segments and check de videos that you need. What do you dislike? There are some recordings that are not there and It is complicated to understand why. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am checking how my clients use the product and I have seen there are some features that are not that visible, or some other features that are not working as expected.
