Very friendly and efficient

What do you like best? I really like the ease of use and all the data of the user's use. It is very easy to be able to detect the problems, the sessions are classified according to the problems. What do you dislike? Sometimes the flash elements of the website is not displayed very well during the sessions records What problems are you solving with the product?
