"Super Helpful"

What do you like best about LivePerson? Live chat provided by liveengage is super helpful! I frequently see customers tell us how much they like the feature. Lots of agent management options too. What do you dislike about LivePerson? Queues are a little tricky to manage. There aren’t easy automated options to turn them on and off at certain times. What problems is LivePerson solving and how is that benefiting you? Handle customer concerns more quickly than phone calls.

"Very user friendly and fun to use!"

What do you like best about LivePerson? I like being able to view how many people on our website at any given time, it helps me know which cities our marketing is the strongest and getting the most attention and which cities are getting the lowest amount of attention. "Excellent and easy to use platform"

What do you like best about LivePerson? The platform is user friendly. It allows you to integrate HTML, which means that you can personalize the content to place in your website. Also, it comes with report tools within it, so everything is a click away. It is really fast and can be adapted to any website. Besides the reporting tools, it shows the website traffic in real time. "Very responsive and easy to use"

What do you like best about LivePerson? Ability to see how many customers were online and click to see where they were navigating. What do you dislike about LivePerson? The layout got quite jumbled and difficulty to gauge who to track for each campaign. Recommendations to others considering LivePerson: Utilize the updates but keep up reading the changes. What problems is LivePerson solving and how is that benefiting you? We were wanting to calculate traffic per each new campaign we put out.

"Best Engagement Tool in the Planet"

What do you like best about LivePerson? From the ease of implementation into websites, to the amount of information that you are able to track how easy is for customer to use the tool. LivePerson is great, SwayChat is better for the same cost

I love LivePerson, and it did a lot for our business. But we switched to SwayChat and haven't looked back. It has a far more modern design, doesn't damage our Google Pagespeed score, and it's 25% the cost (or less!) of LivePerson.
