LivePerson totally sucks.
LivePerson totally sucks. The UX is so bad, the documentation is even worse. Don't get me started on Support, I honestly don't recommend it to any business I care about. It will be a matter of time before they get convinced to transfer to another better solution.

What do you like best about LivePerson? I find the LivePerson Customer Support to be very approachable and are always have a positive experience working with all colleagues of the team. It is evident the team is set up to have a positive impact on our account and are very fast with responding to training needs requests, demos of features, and problem solving with any issues.
