What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? It's easy for the Reps to use, easy for marketers/coaches to make changes, provides all of the basic functionality our web visitors need, it's very reasonably priced, LHN reps are very helpful, they've made multiple enhancements to the solution from the input we've provided.

My organisation uses the live chat software, it is easy to set up and very user-friendly without requiring you to have an in-depth technical understanding.When I have needed to contact LHN! I have found them to be easy to get hold of and very efficient in answering my query.

The product, technical support and service is great

We've been using LiveHelpNow for years. After much research into products that are flexible, have multiple integration possibilities and can grow with our business, we chose LiveHelpNow. Our customers love the chat feature. Our employees do as well, and the learned how to use it quickly. I also use the analytics frequently and find it to be a very valuable tool.

Dead-simple to implement and Feature rich!

We've been using LiveHelpNow for several years on our websites. It couldn't be easier to set up—but there are tons of cool features including:- Analytics- Mobile chat- Translation (really great for chatting with people from other countries!)...among many other useful features. We tested 2-3 different live chat systems before settling on LiveHelpNow due to the better features.
