What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? The translation tool works very well. I also like the details provided on the user, as well as the tracking feature so that you can see their page history, etc...

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? When we have a question their live help is right there and quickly resolves any problems we have. And if they can't? We get a phone call within an hour to talk us through the issue.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? The new changes that LHN has made to allow for customizing each client's offline and ticketing window is the exact thing I was looking for a couple of years ago. Also the fact that you can customize the customer survey is a big plus. There are a lot of canned analytical reports available and the pop-up tab is a hugely popular feature.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? Their one chatter subscription is extremely affordable ($25 for one chatter when I had it) I actually used this for my own small business while it was a need when traffic to my website slowed down I canceled it only because it wasn’t being used but when I had heavy traffic on my website it cut down my need to reply to emails or return phone calls.
