What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? Easy to set up. Once download and configured agents were able to utilize and communicate with live customers. Customers have enjoyed working with live representatives and not having to use the phone.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? I like the fact that it can be browser based since being swallowed by a large corporation limits us to specific software.
