Terrible

Terrible. I had a major customer service issue that involved submitting a form. The form would not accept. I tried several times and did some troubleshooting. The page only froze and stated “cannot accept ticket.” My customer service issue with the company that uses them, were completely unreachable and kept sending me to this site…not thrilled.

Membership free took $34.90 out of my bank account

I've been on chat for proximately 45 minutes now with this live view they false advertised a membership since it was free I canceled it 5 minutes after I signed up for it cuz it was not what I was looking for and they took $34.90 out of my account I need that money for court this afternoon and they're telling me it's going to take 2 days to get my money back when the account says sign up with your debit card money will not be with drawed from your account I wasn't in the site 5 minutes ...

"Connecting with Clients via Social Media Channe;s"

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? I like the fact that LiveHelp Now is a way to have an interactive Chat with my Clients, and it can highlight important aspects of the chat. When a client needs to change a reservation or cancel during COVID and the hold times are long Clients can initiate a chat and can easily interact with our Social Media team via Chat thus freeing up our phone lines for urgent matters.

"Easy to Use - Great Support"

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? This is an easy to use tool for emails, chat and knowledge base. There is great support from the LiveHelp team with implementation and continued support as well. The canned responses are great and there is a robust reporting and analytic side as well.

What do you like best about LiveHelpNow? The customer service is amazing. Very quick in resolving issues and very supportive. Great system with great support staff
