Fulfill all the requirements
What do you like best? The product has vast functionality. Whatever you require just raise the query and they'll provide it. What do you dislike? Complexity. Need more improvement to make it simple to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for our lab collection and processing centers.

Friendly staff
What do you like best? It’s user friendly, very good support team. Specially most of the time if I get any issues while using the system, online support team they have solve the issues same time, (Bhagyashali Sawant) What do you dislike? Shift end summery not as per our requirements. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can send the reports true mail, our branches link under one system.
