"LiveChat is amazing"
What do you like best about LiveChat? You can easy catch clients in the website and giving them services What do you dislike about LiveChat? I have nothing I dislike. This app is very good! What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Catching clients on time , see them log in and helping them right away

Support team are very helpful.
Support team are very helpful.I was comparing features and set up a trial account with a different email address. They then decided to block all of my accounts which was a bit annoying, hence the lower review.Features are pretty good and design is clean, although there are some features missing that would be helpful and that are available from other livechat software e.g. different trigger messages for different pages.

"Effective and direct communication with prospective clients"
What do you like best about LiveChat? The ability to immediately connect and chat with prospective clients to increase the retention and turn-over of inbound leads is by far the most powerful aspect of this tool. What do you dislike about LiveChat? As far as functionality goes, nothing springs to mind. However, the pricing seems to be on the premium side. What do you like best about LiveChat? Its convenience of use and support team is the best to admire about. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Chat backup is not available.
