Support team are available 24/7/365!

One of the best live chat softwares I’ve ever used! It’s awesome! Customisation is great. I have the team plan which is great because you can use multiple branding which means I can use it on multiple businesses with the same account. 100% recommend it! Support team are really helpful - available 24/7/365 Even during lockdown they’ve been really helpful and always online!! It’s awesome, if your looking for a live chat software then this is the one you should get!

Dreadful for the customer

Dreadful for the customer. IKEA uses this. It won't let you finish completing the form to get on to the system before it refreshes and says all the agents are not available. Spent hours trying to get on the queue. Terrible queue management. So happy for the developers that it is easy to implement. But it does nothing for the actual retail customers of the service.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Very fast and easy to maintain the system,such as creating tickets and chatting. What do you dislike about LiveChat? GUI is very old look and unable to see history. Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Should able to connect with Skype for business.
