An indispensable communication tool.

PROS: We've finally found the missing link to our communication strategy: LiveChat. I love how it connects us to our customers easily. Through it, we can have a conversation with our customers in real-time. We've recently integrated this into our social media pages, and we noticed some benefits at once. Now, we can respond to queries without leading the customers away from our social media pages. Finally, LiveChat's support team has been attentive and responsive to our needs too.

PROS: LiveChat is such an integral part of our communication strategy. It connects us with our clients so we can respond to their queries on-the-fly. "Using for virtual legislation for a non profit organization."

What do you like best about LiveChat? Easy to navigate and use this chat feature. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing so far. The chat meets my standards. I love your product but too expensive...

I love your product, but unfortunately, I stopped using it a few months ago. I give you 4 stars after all because your system is of the best I have ever used.I stopped because I wanted to use everything, Live Chat, Chat Bot, Help Desk, Knowledge base, etc... I ended with 5 invoices summing too much for my budget.The best would be some low budget plan with one single invoice. My company never pays yearly; all services are payed monthly so that is not an option.That said I recommend LiveChat. ...
