What do you like best about LiveAgent? This is not only a straightforward platform to implement, but it is very reasonably priced. It can be branded with your website style and colors. The powered by the LA logo is not intrusive. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? "Excellent Customer Support Portal"
What do you like best about LiveAgent? We had issues with a similar company that would filter out emails from our customers. We are happy that LiveAgent uses a different spam filter so we can now get all of our customer's emails. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? "Fast and Intuitive"
What do you like best about LiveAgent? The software feels cohesive and intuitive. Customer support was very fast and helpful. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? Call center support is only available in the most expensive package. What problems is LiveAgent solving and how is that benefiting you? "This is a "must have" for anyone who wants to run an efficient business"
What do you like best about LiveAgent? Love the platform, it is very easy to use and thus train cust support reps on it. There are so many things to like about the platform and here are a few of them: Ability to share mailbox, greater leads capture and engagement, increased efficiency, excellent value for the money and many more. "Best Zendesk alternative"
What do you like best about LiveAgent? All in one solution with a universal inbox – all tickets and chats are managed from one place. Hybrid ticket stream is perfect, the conversation started with a live chat can continue seamlessly by e-mail. Call center integration looks very interesting too, but we did not use it yet. "Great Product for the Price"
What do you like best about LiveAgent? LiveAgent provides all of the items we want in a ticketing system at a great price. We really like the automation, customer portal, and knowledge base and it's made our lives a lot easier. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? The UI design is quite dated and could be updated. "LiveAgent is a very user friendly CRM platform, which is simple and also powerful."
What do you like best about LiveAgent? Able to record all individual email phases in a ticket (from customer to employee. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? Reporting still unable to record overall time from the ticket is opened until the ticket is closed (resolved) for example overall resolution time is 24 hours. Live agent is an extremely professional system for both agent and customer, It is appealing on the eye and has various functions, styles and options to allow you to tailor to your business needs. What do you like best about LiveAgent? Live agent has helped out many consumers with any difficulty or questions they may have without having to wait on a long hold over the phone. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? I wish there were more flexibilities when it comes to companies. What problems is LiveAgent solving and how is that benefiting you?
