Liveagent had so many more uses than we expected!

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The ability to have our emails, live chat, ticket system and social all in one place makes life so much easier for our business as we grow. The ticket system is my favourite feature as it is so easy to organise. It's good that we can customise the look of our custom pages and chat as well. The best option to a fast and effective support

Switching to Live Agent really helped our customer experience.
