Excellent UI / UX

What do you like best? The ease of use is fantastic. It provides all of the features you need at an amazing price point. What do you dislike? Nothing within their control. I'd like true email heatmapping capabilities, but that's not currently possible regardless of the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We started using it for email functionality testing. We've realized that we can expand to more advanced email ...

litmus is an excellent ally when it comes to managing your marketing campaigns

What do you like best? litmus has a very user-friendly interface, which allows us to use it without major complications, since its design is quite simple. Another point in its favor is the fact that litmus has the functionality to preview the email that I am about to send to my clients, thus allowing me to properly optimize the visual part of the template, which is very useful if We wish to make modifications to our email templates to achieve a more professional result. It has a ...

Advanced Email Capability Makes Litmus a Must For Serious Email Marketing

What do you like best? Litmus helps supplement the capabilities of marketing automation by allowing you to preview email rendering in every major email client and also allows you to track engagement metrics marketing automation tools don't provide. Litmus provides a very secure platform that allows us to manage multiple users. The way data is displayed is very useful, I'm looking forward to experimenting with more of the features. What do you dislike? I'd like to see even more ...

OPTIMIZED Email Marketing Management.

What do you like best? I have used the services of litmus because their software has been of great help to carry out improvements to the structure of my computer system, giving me the necessary assistance, with the tools best suited to maintain a solid response before the inconveniences and errors that may exist in their platform, maximizing the achievement of more powerful results, which come to shape the processes to provide increased progress of the company, motivating users to use ...

Platform is great

What do you like best? Rendering tests are very good and provide insight we need. What do you dislike? Support is less than helpful in most cases and won't help with rendering at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rendering and refining our process to make it as efficient as possible.

Beautiful interface and ingenious tools, though the full experience comes at a steep price.

What do you like best? The analytics that you get when you append your campaign with their tracking tool is invaluable. Also, that inbox tool is amazing, as always, and the html editor is undeniable. What do you dislike? If I want to integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or use Litmus Proof, a tool for internal approvals/edits, it's over $1,000 per month. Not every company wants to spring for that, which makes taking full advantage of Litmus a bit of a hassle. My recommendation ...

Litmus Review

What do you like best? Litmus is great for checking rendering issues on Multiple ESP's and platforms. What do you dislike? The only downside to litmus that I can think of is that, as it captures just a screenshot of the email when opened, you can not do things such as allowing images on Offfice Outlook etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We check that all emails are rendering as expected.

Litmus is indispensable for professionals working in email design/development/marketing

What do you like best? What I like about Litmus is the ability to test our emails in every major email client and builder in combination with snippets. If you're not an agency like us you could even use partials to make the building process even more quickly. It is possible as well to have your complete build, spamtesting and Q&A in Litmus. With Analytics it's possible to get helpful information about where your emails are opened and how your recipients engage with your emails. All this ...

Great way to test emails before sending

What do you like best? Easy way to test emails before sending across multiple platforms and clients. Very simple to use - just send! What do you dislike? There is a basic free version and a full-featured paid version. We found the paid version too pricey for what it was, so we downgraded. They should really offer some in-between level for those who want some additional features, but not all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Litmus helps to boost our email crafting capabilities

What do you like best? Litmus has very dynamic tools that go beyond the typical email builders. I like that we can edit using web code rather than just proprietary software design tools with drag into place functionality. Along with the code editing capabilities, we also have the option of activating templates that are mostly all great. There are templates for many needs from standard notification emails to event announcements. What do you dislike? Compared to the basic email ...
