Great way to test emails before sending
What do you like best? Easy way to test emails before sending across multiple platforms and clients. Very simple to use - just send! What do you dislike? There is a basic free version and a full-featured paid version. We found the paid version too pricey for what it was, so we downgraded. They should really offer some in-between level for those who want some additional features, but not all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Litmus helps to boost our email crafting capabilities
What do you like best? Litmus has very dynamic tools that go beyond the typical email builders. I like that we can edit using web code rather than just proprietary software design tools with drag into place functionality. Along with the code editing capabilities, we also have the option of activating templates that are mostly all great. There are templates for many needs from standard notification emails to event announcements. What do you dislike? Compared to the basic email ...

Solved All our Problems
What do you like best? That we can test, approve, and get engagement data. This has streamlined our QA process. We are able to look at how our emails render in the mailboxes we need to check. We can see which providers our users have and optimize for them. The fact that the team takes feedback and actually works on it. What do you dislike? When approving an email you get a different notification for every comment. You can't tell if it's a conversation on one or multiple. That proof ...

Love, love, love LITMUS!
What do you like best? I feel like it's just the industry standard of what email should be. Along with really good emails their one of the few voices that preach the importance of email, especially accessibility. Beyond that their tool is really just solid in terms of testing different email clients, even their WYSIWYG editor is good. What do you dislike? We haven't really been able to utilize their tracking & analytics because of how our emails are built we're not really able to ...

Must-have for email marketing
What do you like best? It makes it extremely easy to test all of my emails, edit the code, and make sure things are good to go before I head out the door. What do you dislike? It doesn't autosave when you leave the page - which is a blessing and a curse sometimes! :) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Litmus because I can edit my emails and see how coding impacts my emails in real time. I can also preview how my emails ...

Litmus helps me send better emails
What do you like best? What I enjoy most about Litmus is the email tester. I love how it gives you tips to make your email better. example, adding in preview text. What do you dislike? I dislike the depth of stats that they provide with the email embed code. It doesn't show you what people click on, just how many people opened the email and the time they spent on the email What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I send daily emails ...

Admirable emulator for email clients
What do you like best? This tool saves me a great deal of time. Rather than maintaining a multitude of test email addresses and devices, and signing in and out of them, I am able to sign into one easy to use tool to quickly review them for rendering issues. I am then easily able to share the results with other stakeholders. What do you dislike? I have found the renderings to be short of 100% reliable. I have come across many situations where Litmus showed rendering issues, where ...

Litmus is great!
What do you like best? Litmus does what we need... and fast! I've used Litmus for over 5 years, and it's amazing how fast and efficient our email testing has become compared to the way it was 5 years ago. They are clearly improving and optimizing their platform. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything I dislike about the Litmus platform. There are certain parts of the tool that we don't use regularly, but everything has been great that we have used. What problems are you ...
