One of email's most powerful tools
These guys are amazing. Maybe their most valuable offering is the reporting on subscriber engagement and mobile performances. Thumbs up!

Best-in-class email testing
What do you like best? The best-in-class for email testing. Its pre-test sending is invaluable for making sure emails look right on every mail client. Pricing is reasonable. Its content and resources are really helpful too. What do you dislike? I doesn't take all the pain away from sending a bulk campaign. A Grammarly style spelling and content checker would be really useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure our ...

The Right Tool for Building, Testing and Optimizing Email Campaigns
What do you like best? Litmus is best-in-class for email testing across email providers, and they have demonstrated industry knowledge in the field of email marketing. They offer tons of resources through blog posts, white papers, and the like. I really enjoy using Litmus Builder for drafting & testing our email campaigns. The Litmus team is responsive to feedback and has actually implemented some of my ideas for improving UI/UX. What do you dislike? I think Litmus is making ...

Such a great tool to render emails in different clients.
What do you like best? ESP rendering, proofing, and sharing email previews. What do you dislike? Sync sometimes will lag when sending a direct test to the Litmus proof. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure our emails render correctly across multiple platforms, and easy to receive feedback or notes to make updates with.

Staying organized with Litmus
What do you like best? We came on board right as Litmus changed site design into a sleeker, more efficient email processing client. The new layout and organization of options is far more helpful to our workflow and has upped our productivity two-fold. I love that you are able to customize Tasks on the Summary page and insert points that are relevant to how your company creates and delivers emails. The customization of the Summary page really helps when more eyes are looking at your ...

Great experience. Improvements probably needed, but they're always coming
What do you like best? I really enjoy the builder and analytics process. What do you dislike? I don't like the organization on different tools. For example I wish Builder had some way to store email templates in different folders based on campaign. The same would be helpful with analytics. It gets hard to search for exactly what I am looking for, especially when we send out so many emails. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would recommend Litmus to anyone ...
