What do you like best? The user interface is great. The workflow type edit recently made is really useful. Litmus Proof is what stands out about using Litmus though. What do you like best? Litmus is super easy to use, diagnose issues across email platforms through their emulators, and send some solid emails themselves. What do you dislike? Overall, it's a great platform, but the emulators are not 100% accurate. They are mostly reliable though and we use them all the time. What problems are you solving with the product? Great tool for QC-ing Email campaigns before pushing send

What do you like best? I like that it has every type of ESP available to send render tests to before sending to the consumer. This is huge with so many different ESPs out there it is imperative to test on all of them and be able to trouble shoot and make sure the message that is sent is exactly how you want it to look on all platforms. What do you like best? The editing platform for email coding and previewing, with the continual feedback window pane open on one side, helped me very much when designing the email and debugging it. What do you like best? The ability to easily test/QA emails. What do you dislike? There aren't any noticeable downsides. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be aware that with certain pricing tiers, you're only allotted a set amount of email previews. Sometimes it can be easy to burn through those, so be conscious of only using the necessary email clients when testing your previews and turn off unnecessary email clients.
