What do you like best about Listrak? I like how easy the composer, drag and drop, feature is. I also like the live chat so i am able to ask short questions and get immediate answers. What do you dislike about Listrak? The item I dislake the most about Listrak is the long turn-around when tasks are escalated to support when our AM can't move foreward. What do you like best about Listrak? It's straightforward to set up & schedule sends. Account managers are always looking for ways to drive more demand. Support is very responsive and helpful. Overall, the experience has been immeasurably better than our previous email platform. What do you dislike about Listrak? Thinking "right" about segmentation language takes a minute. (It clicks.
