What do you like best about Listrak? I like how easy the composer, drag and drop, feature is. I also like the live chat so i am able to ask short questions and get immediate answers. What do you dislike about Listrak? The item I dislake the most about Listrak is the long turn-around when tasks are escalated to support when our AM can't move foreward. We are also on pacific time, so unfortunately, at 3pm we are unable to connect listrak. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that ...

What do you like best about Listrak? The personal support and attention to your success is top notch! What do you dislike about Listrak? There are minor system glitches that can make the experience somewhat cumbersome, but always easily fixable. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? Ecom revenue has been healthy since using Listrak.

What do you like best about Listrak? It's straightforward to set up & schedule sends. Account managers are always looking for ways to drive more demand. Support is very responsive and helpful. Overall, the experience has been immeasurably better than our previous email platform. What do you dislike about Listrak? Thinking "right" about segmentation language takes a minute. (It clicks. What do you like best about Listrak? We currently use email, sms, and Listrak's GXP solution to grow our business. We have series of broadcasts sends, automated campaigns, triggers, behavioral banners and more.
