"Easy to understand with plenty of help along the way"
What do you like best about Listrak? Listrak's interface makes it so easy to pull off complex messaging strategies even if you have very little background in e-mail marketing. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and hands on where you need them to be, so pretty much anything is possible! What do you dislike about Listrak? What do you like best about Listrak? The Listrak services teams are top-notch. Whether it is our bi-monthly calls with our success manager or integrating a new feature, the personnel are responsive, knowledgable and what makes the platform a step above others. What do you like best about Listrak? I've worked with a few of their competitors over the years and I can honestly say Listrak is the most user friendly. I was able to pass off my email building duties to a coworker with no experience in Listrak with minimal training while I was on a leave of absence. What do you dislike about Listrak? What do you like best about Listrak? I think that the platform as a whole has many upsides. What do you like best about Listrak? It's easy to set up emails and SMS for marketing directly to your customers. Their GXP product automates some of the tasks! Building out emails is a simple and intuitive drag & drop process. What do you dislike about Listrak? Setting up "audiences" and list filtering is not immediately intuitive but isn't altogether a terrible experience.
