What do you like best about ListenFirst? I have yet to encounter a tool with such great integration with Instagram. Collecting IG analytics is quick and painless. What do you dislike about ListenFirst? My only complaint is that analytics only update once a day. What problems is ListenFirst solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting and monitoring our social performance across platforms.

LFM's approach to client-satisfaction with white-glove service, speed with inquiries/requests from the client side, broad breadth of global platforms covered in their custom dashboard, ability to tackle custom requests. What do you like best about ListenFirst? When you know what you're doing, it's very user-friendly. When you know what you want, it's very easy to get the data.
