What do you like best about Listen360? As a small business owner it is critical you get feedback from customers, both good and bad. This is our life blood. "Best continuous feedback tool"
What do you like best about Listen360? Easily implemented, staff were great. Department managers like the ability to immediately address and solve issues. What do you dislike about Listen360? We really like everything about it. The reports are robust and the only downside is time to really dig into them and the data! What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Perceptions vs reality of customers, what they “think” vs “what is” and Retaining members because of it.

What do you like best about Listen360? Its automatic, its in the moment, and easy to use. What do you dislike about Listen360? Nothing, it is all good. No negative aspects in my opinion What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting customers who left without saying anything to open up about issues they had at the time. This has happened three times where we did not even know we had a problem. Also great for monitoring trends/types of issues.

What do you like best about Listen360? I LIKE THE LAYOUT, IT IDENTIFIES WHAT AMOUTN THE CLIENT HAS SPENT. IF OUR LIKEABILITY HAS DECREASED AND ALLOWS FOR COMMENTS What do you dislike about Listen360? WHEN SOMEONE RATES BELOW AVERAGE, THEY AREN'T FORCED TO LEAVE A COMMENT. THERE ARE TIMES IN WHICH SOMEONE MAY HAVE COME IN FOR A SMALL PART AND IN RETURN RATES 2/10 BUT NO FEEDBACK. What do you like best about Listen360? I like that I have no input and the clients can give us an honest reiveiw! What do you dislike about Listen360? Not much. I like the service and would tell anyone to use it as I do. Have a difficult time coming up with 40 characters but if you want I can keep typing. What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Last year we had 60reviews and 58 wee 10/10 to show our clients how really good we are with their pets!

What do you like best about Listen360? Listen360 is very helpful in finding out what our member's thoughts and feedback are. It gives them a platform to voice their thoughts in a different way than stopping by the desk to talk to someone. It also gives us the opportunity to address concerns on a one-on-one basis and help the members to really feel heard. What do you like best about Listen360? We’ve been using Listen360 for 5 years now and there are numerous good things. SMS reminder for negative reviews, business loss possibilities vs gain opportunities. What do you dislike about Listen360? I don’t see any downsides to listen 360. It’s helped us always. What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? Improving customer service and immaculate service delivery.

What do you like best about Listen360? I like the versatility of the product and the ability to reach customers. What do you dislike about Listen360? I don't like the feedback something from customers, but that is the only we know and that is not a Listen360 issue! What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? I have found where can improve as a company and what pains our client to improve and get stronger.

"Extremely Valuable Tool"
What do you like best about Listen360? The automated review process has been a revelation for our company. We formerly used paper cards that had extremely limited responses and generally very limited comments. Now we are able to get better feedback and set actionable goals.
