"Good platform for collecting reviews"
What do you like best about Listen360? It provides great feedback from your clients while prompting them to go and review you publicly, but you at least get opportunity to touch base with them maybe before they go to a public platform. What do you like best about Listen360? It's easy to see how employees are performing in the field on an ongoing basis. What do you dislike about Listen360? Sometimes people don't equate the quality of service with whether or not they will refer and on that basis will sometimes give a lower score than is warranted. "Speedy and Efficient "
What do you like best about Listen360? I like the speed and efficiency by which I get feedback on the services I provide. What do you dislike about Listen360? For some reason I get duplicate notifications for each item. Recommendations to others considering Listen360: N/A What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? I am finding the items that are most important to my clients and making sure I am consistently providing good service.

What do you like best about Listen360? I really have enjoyed the platform. Our users have had very little confusion or complaints navigating. To say anything less would be nitpicking and the value we've received for our locations has been tremendous. I can't say enough about the incredible support team, which has been amazing. What do you like best about Listen360? My favorite thing about listen360 is the opportunity to capture customer feedback based on segments, programs, and facility to facility opportunities.
