What do you like best about Listen360? If the customers leave feedback, it's useful otherwise not sure why the customers gave the rating What do you dislike about Listen360? It's very premature software.... they do not even check if the client/customer submitted the survey What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? nothing

What do you like best about Listen360? Listen360 was helpful in the fact that it would send us emails about member experiences and have them rank us. It also had members write comments so we knew what we were doing well and what we needed to improve. What do you dislike about Listen360? Listen360 didn't allow me to do anything else with it, that I was aware of anyway besides the sending of emails to members about their experience every so often. What do you like best about Listen360? You receive the feedback fast and clear. What do you dislike about Listen360? Nothing. All feedback received comes in in waves do you know when to respond fast and efficiently What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? "The visibility it gives"
What do you like best about Listen360? The visibility it gives consumers who view our website looking for additional information, most importantly they can see the reviews we get from prior customers and what those customers think/feel about our business after we have served them. What do you like best about Listen360? I like not having reviews in various websites all over the internet; it's one location to share. What do you dislike about Listen360? It would work great if Listen360 could advertise you across the internet and not only if searched by someone looking for my name. What problems is Listen360 solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not solving a problem. The benefit is the sharing piece.
