We now have control over our resources

What do you like best? Liquid Planner is accurate and tells us exactly where our resources are committed. When we get a new project, within minutes we can determine when it can be done. We have 10 resources working on 5 major projects, 10 medium projects and hundreds of minor work - over 1000 tasks in the workspace - and we know exactly when it all can be done. Easy access to see where everyone in the team is holding on their project.

What do you like best? We use the work in progress and complete to activity everyday to see deadlines and project progress. What do you dislike? Downside are that if you have a lot of projects it is hard to find them unless you search because the titles such as work and progress and Pipeline are right next to each other so you might not realize that you started a project. Easy to use, excellent time tracker and analytics

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to pull data and sort and export. What do you dislike? It can be a little clunky to add or find things with multiple projects. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take all the tutorials, and don’t be afraid to play around What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Overall time tracker is number one and project management is number two.

Capable, not visual

What do you like best? I like being able to track my time, document notes, and assign tasks to others. The project dashboard is the most useful feature for me, to be able to understand all tasks under a project, who is working on what and how many hours are remaining. What do you dislike? Great for Project Management

What do you like best? Ability for software to shift dates around and predict completion dates What do you dislike? Liquid Planner is only as good as the data that you input. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to report to management and be more accurate with our timelines.

Gets the job done

What do you like best? Provides a centralized location for displaying assigned tasks. What do you dislike? Once a task is Done, it kind of falls off the radar. There should be a way to view Done tasks sorted by the date that they were marked Done, in case I need to go and mark them as Undone due to additional changes that come in. Indispensable

What do you like best? I love how it creates a schedule based on time estimates for tasks, PTO, holiday time, and meetings. For this alone, I could not live without it. The reporting and analytics tools are so great and very helpful. If I ever have a question, their support team is always quick to respond and giving me great answers and suggestions. What do you like best? The ability to see what projects were on everyone's list and the personalization of our individual dashboards What do you dislike? What do you like best? In LiquidPlanner I like having multiple tagging and filing systems for tasks. I like being able to have maximum effort and daily limits to tasks. What do you dislike? The overall style of the software seems outdated. I do appreciate that it's not overtly flashy.
