What do you like best about LionDesk? Their system is very easy to use and love the different applications that you can use. They have tutorials making it easy to learn.

What do you like best about LionDesk? I’m just learning the system but love that it offers online support, webinars, etc. What do you dislike about LionDesk?

Great feature set and integration if you can get it set up.

PROS: Video texting, ability to interface with Ylopo, and a di aler bult in (extra cost) CONS: It is a complex program that could work very well if you have a high degree of patience and technical knowledge. Customer support is almost nonexistent. A simple question can take several hours to get response from a chat window and talking to some one is out of the question without an appointment days in advance. I you are the type of person who can watch hours of video to answer basic questions ...

What do you like best about LionDesk? I love being able to text customers direct from the app or software. It also allows me to respond right away when they text back. Adding a digital business card to the text and calling directly from the app is a definite advantage

What do you like best about LionDesk? Stores all my contacts & I am able to text or send messages to multiple people at one time. Lower fees than most crm's we looked into.
