Probably the best in the market
PROS: I love this app because it's super easy to use! My favorite features is the drip campaigs and direct contact links. CONS: I find it difficult to customize my screen view.

Best CRM tool!
PROS: It's a user-friendly program with various features that can improve your lead generation. Learning it is so easy as tutorials are also provided in the overall package. CONS: The user interface is too basic and unappealing.

Affordable and cost-effective!
PROS: I love this app because of how simple yet effective it is. It also allows users to buy a phone line. CONS: It doesn't allow selection of certain contacts on a page. It always has to be "select all."

I recommend LionDesk!
PROS: It's user-friendly and offers various templates! CONS: It's a bit pricey for me, so I might have to stop using it soon.

Simple lead generation
PROS: Sending messages to all our contacts at once is now possible with LionDesk! It's also super affordable. CONS: Some components of it seem complicated for me.

"Not the same as it used to be"
What do you like best about LionDesk? There was a time long, long, ago that LionDesk was one of the top solutions for real estate agents. I've actually been a LionDesk customer since they started and have unfortunately seen their devolution. They do have some good features, such as bulk actions and templates but any pros in this system have been overshadowed by so many negatives (see "What do you dislike?").

Recommended CRM tool!
PROS: Some of LionDesk's great features: (1) allowing users to contact and respond to customers through the app; and (2) option to add a digital business card! CONS: There should be an easier way to add graphics in the texts and emails.
