What do you like best? I love my base manager, and the amount of time and money they put into each new hire. The facility is beautiful, and the clientele can be very cool. What do you dislike? There is a lot of micromanaging. A lot of moving parts. A lot of very needy customers and wealthy, sometimes snobby clients. My counterpart is not the most helpful .
