DO NOT try their trial, they'll steal your money

I tried linktree's trial and decided to go in a different way. Little did I know that they would be trying to charge my card a lot of times even after I cancelled the subscription. My trial ended on the 22nd, and every day for the last five days they tried to charge the card on a cancelled subscription. I had a very disappointing experience with Linktree. After deciding to cancel my account, I was shocked to find out that they would not refund the money I had already paid for their service. I do not recommend using their service. Long story short, I switched my email address and username on my (now deleted) account. Somehow a second account was crested and I was billed for 4 months of service that I never signed up for. Customer service was quick to respond and quick to deny any refund or an explanation on how a second account was created. DONT USE THIS SCAMERS!

DONT USE THIS SCAMERS! We just sign for a free trial but never got a confirmation with the log in details they where wrong (My Fault) but they equally managed to get billed for an entire year, it seem that they did it through apple-pay, we contacted several times the customer service but they refuse to give back the money stoled, thisis completely out of law and they just used their resources to scam clients.

An absolute worthless & useless platform

An absolute worthless and useless platfrom. My second link was flagged. I’ve read the community guidelines and none of those were the case with this link. It’s an affiliate link to an established company and a real product. I have reported this and explained that although it is encoded it is safe. It’s not a scam and I’m not selling bodyparts. Linktree has gone downhill

Linktree used to be so good but since the update it’s TERRIBLE. I literally can’t even figure out how to edit anything anymore - NOTHING WORKS LIKE IT USED TO. Why did they have to change something that was already perfect? I literally can’t even edit my Linktree now because the edit settings don’t work properly.

Ok Experience Until You Need Support I canceled my Linktree account because it was missing some features, and a few things were glitchy. The next day, they charged me for the annual subscription. When I contacted support I was told they wouldn't refund me because you have to request a refund within 72 hours of your first charge. unsafe platform

This company allows scammers who act illegally in their services to use the Link Tree platform. Even when a report is raised and evidence provided, Link Tree see ‘no issue’. So it’s really not safe to use.

Banned within 4 secs of warning for links

New registered user trying to use the site. Banned I was posting links & thought something was wrong with the site. Upon logging out/logging in realized my account my banned. Looked at my email & they sent two emails. One was a warning email about one of my links then 4 seconds later I received a banned email. Appeal failed, ridiculous how they treat new users to this site. Dont recommend

I no longer have access to the email account I used to create the account. Customer service refuses to authenticate my identity in others way, like through an ID check, a video chat, or my phone number. They are refusing to delete the account, which displays a picture of my kids in the profile image. I revoked their right to display that image. The customer service is no existent and they are using antiquated ways of authentication.
