Absolute scam

I purchased an annual premium subscription. NONE of the features I paid for ever worked. Ever. The only customer service available is through an online chat (red flag). The multiple reps I spoke to said they'd escalate my concerns to the engineering team. They probably never did! Nothing was ever fixed or followed up on. illegal charges - consumers beware

I am being charged via LINKTREE $9 a month and neither myself or the company are able to locate an account associated with my bank card that has been getting debited from the company for at least 2 years- every time I contact this company they keep asking for card information/ bank screenshots and then give vague responses "they are working on this" or "They cannot locate the charges" therefore I have no way of getting them to stop these charges. Greedy company, don’t care about humans

They didn’t cancel my subscription as requested and when I asked for a refund refused to give it to me. I NEVER used their services as they didn’t work out for my needs but they were happy to take my $10 anyway. Greedy company.

Fountain cafe in Edinburgh. Liz served us today. Everyone was lovely & welcoming. A nice small cafe with freshly home made food. I had the most biggest, fluffest pancakes with maple syrup and bacon, side of scrambled eggs. Partner had scrambled eggs on toast, side of salad and beans. They give generous portion sizes. Frustrated with them

Not a bad product but, impossible to cancel. Very bad Support/billing team. Kept harassing me with emails to update my CC even after I sent them a copy of the cancellation confirmed by one of their own support members.
