What do you like best about LinearB? LinearB makes the engineering processes and flows visible by exposing a large number of engineering metrics. It helps me as the VP R&D to have educated discussions with my direct reports and with my CEO. I can identify bottlenecks quickly, measure the team efficiency and the developer experience and improve based on data.

What do you like best about LinearB? Mainly, being able to obtain metrics and being objective in our performance evaluations, measuring ourselves against benchmarks within software. We were looking for a tool to know easily whats our cycle time and linearB give us this in a very intuitive way
