"Easy to administer, easy for users."

What do you like best about Lime CRM? As an it administrator, i have mostly worked in the admin side of Lime, which is a clear and easy to use web based interface. both adding new access groups and managing the existing parts of it is highly intuitive. Also from the users side there has never been any confusion, Lime a program that does what its supposed to do like you expect it to! What do you dislike about Lime CRM?
