"Lime: progress is a slow process"

What do you like best about Lime CRM? It's great that we're able to prospect, pipeline and get solid intel out of the system once it's in place. The onboarding superadmin training enables the business to make many changes to the layout without having to rely on third-party consultants. What do you dislike about Lime CRM?
