fantastic customer service

fantastic customer service. always available, kind, polite and interested. But VERY POOR physical service! I bought an iPad, a printer and a POS for cards in November and still only the iPad works and we are in February! I have spent more than 1000 euros and in recent months they have not been able to come here in person or solve my problems and my business is suffering a lot negatively. The chat help with Paulo was amazing.

The chat help with Paulo was amazing. However the phone is pure rubbish. Extra long waits, no service in French and employees are not helpful or hang up the phone.

Light at the end of the tunnel

We took over a golf course in mid October 2023 and basically had to start over from the ground up while still open for business. We ran into plenty of surprises and obstacles in the first few months and the needs of our business were shifting constantly.
