Lightspeed first class service! Thank you
LEAS RD , CLACTON ON SEA. BT open reach cut the wires to the Internet in the street next to my house yesterday. It cancelled our Lightspeed Internet. I called Lightspeed 9.00 this morning, by 9.30 I had an engineer to my door. By 17.00 the wire was repaired and Internet back on! Well done Lightspeed for a Lightspeed service! Nice chaps, very helpful! BT are a disgrace! Trying to sabotage trade! Thank you Lightspeed guys!

There is no assistance
the system could be good but probably one of the worst assistance you can possibly receive. sometimes you have to wait for hours (not joking) before anyone says hi and then when they can't fix it, they say that their shift it's finish and they will pass to someone else starting the process all over again. I have been using it for about 8 months now and at first I thought they will improve but unfortunately they don't. Be very carefull when choosing your POS, if anything goes wrong on a ...

After years, I'm ready to give up
My bar has been with Lightspeed since their acquisition of our first POS Breadcrumb. In that time period, Lightspeed has offered little in the way of advantages or benefits that place them above competing softwares. When there's an issue, the team doesn't communicate - and good luck getting anywhere on a help line over the phone or in an online chat. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL - I THOUGHT I WAS MOVING INTO THE 21ST CENTURY..... Lightspeed Sucks! Let me tell you why.... Returns to supplier does not reflect on xero - all returns need to be done twice - once on LS and once on Xero ?? Reporting is Basic. Does not answer basic questionss Like what must go on sale? Be aware Canadian customers of lightspeed Analytics new features, The MAP on this features doesn't fully function for Canada, postal codes can't be mapped. Lightspeed will make you sign up for this feature promising all kind of things and till you sign up and then you'll find out the MAP only works in the US.

Basic functions do not work and have not been fixed after months to years. Special order receiving issue since I started using the product in 2019 - If a customer orders 2 items and 1 comes in first, the system will add it to available inventory not hold for customer. Refunding issue since dec 23 - You can no longer refund an item! a simple basic feature just stopped working and now its march and despite many support tickets, not fixed.

Infuriating company. Needs to be investigated
They bought Vend which worked great and then proceed to hamstring functionality and Jack up prices. It’s an absolute RUBBISH product now. Have some companies using Vend for a few years so recommended to one of my others and the new versions under Lightspeed X are absolute trash. You don’t have inventory reports? You don’t have granular sales reports? What the hell reason? You OWN people’s data?? The data is all there and you’re holding it to ransom so they would pay a HELL of a lot more to ...
