Your online retail support is tremendously bad. I have attempted to call two days in a row, and I have been left on hold for hours. I'm not upset, I'm just disappointed. Good music playing though while I'm on hold.

It's been an appalling experience since moving from Lightspeed R to Lightspeed X earlier this year. The issues have numerous from the start and there has been no real attempt by Lightspeed to rectify anything. It has cost our charity a fortune in time, which in the end is money to us. 3 weeks ago, they turned off the Lightspeed payments over a weekend, so we could not take card payments and seem to think this is no problem. Lightspeed - Best POS ever!
Lightspeed has been a joy for us since the day joined the team. The interface is intuitive and designed for easy navigation. Lightspeed customer service is superb. Their response time is often within minutes and they are helpful and kind. We absolutely love Lightspeed.

Disgusting service
Disgusting service. I would not recommend this POS system to anyone. If anything goes wrong support will never help you. Costing me over 10k in damages. BE WARNED! DO NOT USE!

Do not sign up with this company
Do not sign up with this company! I had been a customer for over 8 years when they forced me to sign up for credit card processing with them. If I didn't, I would have to pay hundreds more per month for the use of the POS that held years of customer data and store reports. It has been nothing short of a nightmare since. They are constantly overcharging my card (there is no option to log on and pay your self- you MUST have a card on file for them to charge when they want to) and if they deem ...

Be very wary
Be very wary. Lightspeed will take you on to use their epos system but once you have settled in, they will penalise if you do not use their payment services in conjunction. The monthly penalty for not using their payment gateway is huge. Support is limited to non existent and the account manager's primary objective to sell you their services, and if this is not accepted, they will pressurise you to take the services regardless by way of charging you £335 per month as penalty. Have had LightspeedHQ Omnichannel for years and at first it was great even though there were limitations on the ecom side. For the past couple of years, it has been harder and harder to work with them. Every renewal became a battle. Then they force their hi priced payment gateway on you. Then they lie about renewal discounts and will charge you if you don't do enough volume on their system.
