Very bad service....actually no service…
Very bad service....actually no service at all. all they want to do is up charge you and sales people are dishonest bullying and rude. I requested to speak with a manager and was ignored. for years I waited aster being promised by Lightspeed after they bought shopkeep that one by one we would all be rolled over to Lightspeed butt no-one ever called??????? Shopkeep has been unsupported since 2020 yes 2020 I had to purchase an external cc machine because shopkeep suddenly would not allow ...

poor customer service
I have had an issue getting sales reports. I have talked to no less than 8 people over the last 6 weeks. They keep promising they will fix it and no one even calls back. HOLD TIME IS RIDICULOUS

Be warey. new charge imposed if you don't change to lightspeed products
Have been using Lighpeed sinceit was VEND. Have recently been charged a surcharge for all transactions on top of the monthly subscriptions as I have refused to be forced to change to theyre inhouse payment system. I dont think these tactics are good business practise. Shame on you lightspeed. pitty there is no zero Star rating

Great features and support
Lightspeed POS and payments is easy to use. Definitely one of the most user friendly products around. The price is very reasonable given the suite of features including barcode scanning, inventory management, real-time analytics.. just to name a few. The payments integration is fantastic as it streamlines the number of vendors required and cuts time and costs. Customer support is really good and setup is easy. Amazing product to help businesses grow and flourish with a technological solution.
