Nicks on was very quick to fix my problem. The check itself didn’t reflect the payment, so we were unable to input the tip. He helped with both the closing and tip on the check. Making it so we could do a proper check out.

great product, but at least as important as the product itself are the people behind it! I'm working with Ilse for many years now and even when I think something is impossible... she can make it work. That's the real power of lightspeed!

Dey was so helpful I have had 4 other people trying to help with my printer issue and nobody could figure it out. But Dey is the first one to suggest putting the USB in and BAM it worked. Thank you so much this has not worked for 2 weeks.

Side note: implementation of lightspeed payments with Retail R in manager mode is still lacking, there is no way for me to use lightspeed payments on iPad because of this bug.
