Five Stars for Apple!
I'd had ticket# 991633 open with the help team for over 20 days with no progress and barely any updates despite me emailing Marjohn numerous times. The issue was preventing me from providing an accurate statement to my customers and in turn impacting me financially as it was delaying account payments. I got onto Apple via the help chat as I was frustrated with the delay and she sorted the issue in around 20 minutes. She was polite, happy to help and didn't just blame the accounting platform ...

Lightspeed training
Communication has been great from the initial enquiry. The team took the time to understand our business requirements and ensured the training was focused to our requirements. Additional queries following the training were dealt with promptly - the answers providing solutions for us. Maddy ensured we had the information we needed and even dealt with queries while off work - great service !!
