Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! We put a message through their help text chat and were initially greeted by the AI which couldn't quite help provide an answer to our question, so when we asked to speak to a person it only took a couple of minutes and we were greeted with Joy who was very helpful and assisted us perfectly with answering our said question.

Issue resolved promptly
Samantha Izabelle Acong was very helpful with an issue we recently had. She understood the issue straightaway and was able to provide the full solution within her first response back to us. Anytime I ever need to chat to resolve a problem, the team is super quick to respond. When dealing with any tech issue, they thoroughly walk me through how to solve it and I am never left with any questions. Although it is via chat, I can always feel they truly care about helping me in any way.
