Mac Burbidge - Implementation
Mac was helpful in all aspects of the implementation process. The transfer process from our prior system was simple and the willingness to help us figure out minor issues with the implementation was apparent. We have enjoyed the upgrade to our POS system as we move into the busy golf season.

The structured support and one on one…
The structured support and one on one training sessions provided by Josephine were excellent. It's really helped me have a full understanding of the system and enabled me to get set up and started maximising all the features that will benefit my business. Josephine was very responsive carrying out tasks and answering queries quickly.

Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! We put a message through their help text chat and were initially greeted by the AI which couldn't quite help provide an answer to our question, so when we asked to speak to a person it only took a couple of minutes and we were greeted with Joy who was very helpful and assisted us perfectly with answering our said question.
