The structured support and one on one training sessions provided by Josephine were excellent. It's really helped me have a full understanding of the system and enabled me to get set up and started maximising all the features that will benefit my business. Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! We put a message through their help text chat and were initially greeted by the AI which couldn't quite help provide an answer to our question, so when we asked to speak to a person it only took a couple of minutes and we were greeted with Joy who was very helpful and assisted us perfectly with answering our said question.
