Amazing customer service! We put a message through their help text chat and were initially greeted by the AI which couldn't quite help provide an answer to our question, so when we asked to speak to a person it only took a couple of minutes and we were greeted with Joy who was very helpful and assisted us perfectly with answering our said question.

Anytime I ever need to chat to resolve a problem, the team is super quick to respond. When dealing with any tech issue, they thoroughly walk me through how to solve it and I am never left with any questions. Although it is via chat, I can always feel they truly care about helping me in any way.
