I was on another platform for a brief moment but after having numerous mental meltdowns trying to manage a large inventory with csv uploads and downloads I migrated everything to Lightspeed. Making Business Easy!

I use lightspeed for my Point of Sale, Merchant Services, E-Commerce, & Website Hosting. It also works along with my Quickbooks accounting software. The biggest benefits for me are having one point of contact for all those services, 24/7 Support, that it is cloud based, and that I can access the system when I'm away from work to make customer quotes, check pricing, or help an employee on my day off. It allows me to make more money.

Pros and Cons of Lightspeed website builder

The website builder of lightspeed is really good and responsive. In my previous job we use it to upload all the products to store with around 3,000 products online and working excellent on it. Not only confortable with it the support team is a pillar on their compnay, they are always going to support you and help you with any question you have. Very happy with Lightspped

We have been using Lightspeed for the past 2 years in our retail operation. It has helped us greatly with inventory and ease of sales at the register. This year we added the Loyalty program which our customers really seem to enjoy. The customer service/support from Lightspeed has been wonderful, very efficient and good turn around time. Overall we have been very please.

Perfect for POC Liquor Store!

I love Lightspeed's attention to customer service and patience with my amount of question asking! I always get to speak with a person!The inventory tracking in real-time along with iPad hardware mixed with Lightspeed POS software has been the most beneficial business move I've ever made! So many aspects of my day take less time, and if you own/run a business, you know that time is the most valuable thing you have!

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom for 4 years. After coming onboard with them, the link between our web store and our brick and mortar has been very smooth. Using one of their integrated apps (Ikeono) has given us great communication with our customers via text. Also, Lightspeed Retail inventory feature is pretty strong. We truly recommend them. Amazing Restaurant POS

Lightspeed Restaurant is very easy to use, based on iOS platform makes it quick and there are many options and features to customize based on the needs of your restaurant. Particularly the integration with Deliverect has been very helpful and centralized all our deliveries easily and in one place along side our take out orders.
