Erica made all of the difference!
Erica P., our new account manager is amazing. She really solved any issues we had with speed! We recommend Lightspeed services especially if you have a great account manager. Erica, my account manager. For 2 years I've tried to get answers on my account and how to utilize the tools for my business. My first acct manager was Exceptional, then my 2nd one was a GHOST never returned calls or emails, for months I tried to get thru to someone and no one answered. Lightspeed - Best POS ever!
Lightspeed has been a joy for us since the day joined the team. The interface is intuitive and designed for easy navigation. Lightspeed customer service is superb. Their response time is often within minutes and they are helpful and kind. We absolutely love Lightspeed.

LEAS RD , CLACTON ON SEA. BT open reach cut the wires to the Internet in the street next to my house yesterday. It cancelled our Lightspeed Internet. I called Lightspeed 9.00 this morning, by 9.30 I had an engineer to my door. By 17.00 the wire was repaired and Internet back on! Well done Lightspeed for a Lightspeed service! Nice chaps, very helpful! BT are a disgrace! Trying to sabotage trade! Thank you Lightspeed guys!

Efficient and friendly installation team, who did a neat and tidy job. Great support from their Customer Service dept. in setting up an additional Nokia beacon. Very impressive download and upload speeds, for a terrific introductory offer, with competitive pricing thereafter. My former provider, UPP, with whom I was quite satisfied, has sold out to, of all people, Virgin Media. I wanted nothing to do with them, but was lucky enough to find Lightspeed. Lightspeed order no.
