What do you like best about Lightico? Lightico provides the ability to create and send a document to an end-user for approval whilst speaking with them. This allows a customer to review what they're agreeing to in (close to) real time avoiding any sort of misunderstanding. Terms and conditions can be monotonous, especially when read out over the phone. People have a tendency to switch off or recall terms from memory. "Great E-signature solution for many documents"

What do you like best about Lightico? The functionality works great. They now have an easy multiple signature feature that really saved the day for us. What do you dislike about Lightico? The look and feel is always improving but it gets the job done. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? We can now collect e-signatures faster and no longer have to meet face-to-face especially during the current Corona crisis.

Sometimes I don't get a notification in my email showing the document had been completed. Recommendations to others considering Lightico: Give it a try. You won't be disappointed! What do you like best about Lightico? That we can send a request to the customers phone and get documents that we need right away. What do you dislike about Lightico? there is nothing that I dislike about lightico. It is a very useful and efficient tool. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? There are no problems that I am solving with lightico because I have never had a problem with it.

What do you like best about Lightico? Being able to help the customer out even while you are on the phone with them. It is very user friendly and easy to use and time efficient. What do you dislike about Lightico? Not always getting a notification back that the form was sent back. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made the turnaround time from when the customer receives the form to when we get it back a lot quicker and more efficient.
