"Lightico Is so easy to use and customer friendly"

What do you like best about Lightico? I like how lightico can allow us to send the t&c's across to our customers and allow us to engage with them and answer any questions they might not of known they had until they visually could see them in front of them! Such a good and easy tool which other companies don't have!! What do you dislike about Lightico? The only dislike is that it can only be done via text whereas we get a massive uptake in people using it and loving it as it is but I think ...

What do you like best about Lightico? It’s such a simple yet effective system. Easy to use and customers love it and mention how much they love it on every call. Customers of all ages and skill sets use it and find it extremely easy to use. It makes our jobs so much easier on a call by call basis. What do you dislike about Lightico? What do you like best about Lightico? The best part is how the system takes the customer through the relevant process without input from the advisor. What do you dislike about Lightico? Nothing to dislike. It would be nice to have a compare function for the different models. Recommendations to others considering Lightico: Secure. It helps customers see everything visually so thay helps massively as it might prompt customers to ask questions that they maybe might of usually thought of later on so it saves them ringing in again and feeling satisfied! What do you dislike about Lightico? The only downside is that the link only gets sent to mobiles and not emails, i think introducing email would give it an even bigger uptake!
