What do you like best about Lightico? i am loving the ability to make calls very simple and straightforward, we no longer have to read out a script to either sign customers up or to retain then. This over all provides a smoother and more pleasant experience for the customer and makes calls for the staff a little bit easier as well. Only minor downfall is that sometimes it doesn't send the lightico session to some emails, have to try multiple times but it's only a minor problem.
